When you need food and other conveniences there are encredibly many places to shop in Guldborgsund County.

Especially in Nykøbing F there are many super markets and discount markets as well as a large department store in Sundby – right across the bridge to Lolland.

There are also good shopping possibilities in the Marielyst area with several super markets – just as it is not far to the baker for newly baked bread – and to quality meat and delikatessen at the local butcher’s. Newly dug up potatoes, fresh strawberries and more are sold from several farms. In the square there are often offers of fresh fish.

All this makes it easy to live well – with healthy and delicious meals – even if you live in a holiday residence right in the middle of the ”lazy” summer country.
